Dr. Sargsyan studied at Rice University, afterwards attending Baylor College of Medicine for medical school, and completed residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is a wonderful clinical bedside educator and has particular interest in medical simulation and point of care ultrasound and their benefits to students and residents on the hospital's admitting floors.

Dr. Jenks did his undergraduate at Brigham Young University, received his MD from Baylor College of Medicine, and graduated from the BCM Emergency Medicine residency program. He later completed a fellowship in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He is an excellent instructor who is well-liked by students and residents and well-known for his unparalleled ability to effectively teach even in the midst of busy shifts in the emergency department. He frequently utilizes simulation as an effective way of engaging residents in active learning.

Dr. Sekhon graduated medical school from the University of California San Diego and completed an emergency medicine residency. Dr. Sekhon has authored numerous simulation cases which he has extensive experience facilitating throughout the course of the emergency medicine clerkship. Students frequently comment that his simulation cases are a far more effective educational tool as compared to traditional lectures. He is admired by students for his dedication to student learning and well-being.

Dr. Pillow did his undergraduate at Rice University, received his MD from Baylor College of Medicine, and graduated from the emergency medicine residency at the University of Chicago. He has since also completed a Master’s in education at the University of Houston. He is an energetic, popular, and engaging teacher of residents, medical students, and physician assistant students. He has received numerous honors and awards including the Fulbright and Jaworski Educational Leadership Award, the John P. McGovern Outstanding Teaching Award for the Clinical Sciences, the Fullbright and Jaworski Teaching and Evaluation Award, and several others. His contributions to simulation for medical students have led 2 teams to international championships and another team which took 3rd place internationally, all in the past 4 years. He has also judged other regional simulation competitions.
